Police in East Cape recovered 40 stolen sheep



Police officers in Buttervorth found 40 stolen sheep at a non-occupied property in the village of Goodhope, Dutiva.

Sheep were found on Sunday. A total of 41 sheep were stolen at Emamfeneni, in the village of Ngkakakha, Dutiva last week, said Captain Jackson Manatha.

The discovered stolen sheep were positively identified by their owner who praised the Buttervorth theft unit for a big job.

Police investigations into the arrest of thieves or thieves are ongoing, Manata said.
