Federal regulators want to ban the sale of state-of-the-art e-cigarettes at retail locations such as gas stations and shops. They also want to require anyone to buy online cigarettes online to confirm their age. New restrictions come as the Food and Drug Administration tried to reduce the dramatic growth of young people. Smoking of traditional cigarettes fell to a record low, but the popularity of e-cigarettes among young people raises alarm bells.
