Apple could launch a new MacBook Pro sometime in the second half of the year.
Specialist analyst Ming-Chi Kuo gives new predictions regarding Apple’s plans for 2021. According to him, the Cupertino company is preparing to present the new MacBook Pro during the second half of the year. That would mark the return of so many missed components; SD card reader.
This is not the first time this possibility has been mentioned. Last month, Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, who is often well-informed, previously spoke aboutSD card reader return within MacBooks. But that’s not the only significant change the new MacBook Pro would make. However, according to Ming-Chi Kuo, that would also be an HDMI port issue.
Apple would therefore opt for practical changes for users. Therefore, the new premium MacBook would offer more connectivity options, to the delight of their owners. They would not have to buy an adapter and carry it with them on the go.
The new MacBook Pro would obviously be available in two 14- and 16-inch models. The MagSafe charger would be on the program again, as well as the Apple Silicon M1 home processor. Finally, Apple should logically give up the touchpad of the MacBook Pro, due to the lack of popularity among users.
