In Ruse, about 150 cars took part in the protest, which started at 11 am in a parking lot from the city center to the border crossing point of the Danube Bridge. The protest went through three phases – a parking lot with a blockade on the Danube Bridge, a rally in the industrial park of the city and ended up in front of the municipal building. People wore masks on their faces, posters "Help!" Smoke "and" Dirty air is killing us. "The movement on the border with Romania has been blocked for more than half an hour, and kilometers of car pockets have been formed. they have yet to come, if the authorities fail to pay attention to the environmental situation in the Russian Federation.
Hundreds of cars also participated in a protest process in Pernik with a demand for cleaner air and pollution reduction. There was a concert called "Breathe Pernik" in the city.
FOCUS news agency reminds: 31 years ago, mothers from the Russians were the first to protest because of the cleaner air in the city. On September 28, 1987, at the Svoboda Square in Russia, over 300 people protested against the indifference of the rulers to poison Romania's chlorine over the city. The bravest of them carry slogans: "Peaceful demonstration of the air", "Enough of promise", "We want a healthy generation". This is the first street demonstration during the communist regime in Bulgaria.
