Officials are not sure when Bolton residents are displaced due to floods they can return home

Officials in Caledon say they do not know when dozens of people displaced by floods will be able to return home.

At least 85 houses have been evacuated in the Bolton community after ice cliffs have caused a flood of the Humber River.

The crews worked on clearing the ice, and officials said on Saturday that the water level began to decline.

A temporary evacuation center has been established in the local recreational facility.
