(NEVARK, N.J.) – Raper Juelz Santana was sentenced to more than two years in prison for attempting to buy weapons at a plane at New York Airport.
Santana, whose real name is LaRon James, was convicted in Newark, Nev Jersey, on Wednesday for 27 months in prison after pleading guilty to possessing a firearm of a convicted criminal offense and carrying a weapon on a plane.

He was arrested in March after security at Nevark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey found a 38-calibre caliber and an unwritten oxycodone tablet in his offer.
Santana left space and bags behind, but turned three days later.
The 36-year-old will not go to jail immediately after reaching an agreement to appear in Long Island.
