The Czech Post expects an increase in the number of packages delivered in its network before Christmas by 130 percent to 350 thousand a day. The DPD package estimates an increase in shipments by 70 percent compared to General Motors, according to Miloš Malanik. The company has increased the number of couriers employed by both distributors and client operators to 1,100 people. "As always, we are preparing for the last few months, opening a modern warehouse in Unhos with a capacity of 17,000 consignments for the service of Prague 5, 6, 7, Prague west, Beroun, Kladensko, Rakovnicko, Slany and Velvari. Kasa.cz expects that the increase in the number of shipment will be at least twice as high as in the previous period. "We expect a similar trend this year, and we will be able to do more customers than ever before," said Andrea Jankovtsova, Communication Manager Kasa.cz.
