Orascom Construction Limited announced the addition of a $ 520 million contract to the value of its projects that are being implemented in the third quarter of 2018.
The company said that Egypt made up about 60% of these contracts, while the United States represented the rest of the balance, pointing out that the total projects realized on September 30, 2018 amounted to $ 4.1 billion.
New contracts in Egypt were mainly concentrated in the sector of infrastructure and wastewater treatment, while in the United States maintained an improvement in the level of contracts concluded in the second quarter and signed new projects through the commercial and industrial sector, he added in a statement.
In the third quarter of this year, BESIKS signed contracts worth 380 million euros, bringing a total of new contracts to 1.9 billion euros, and projects in realization of 3.2 billion euros in the third quarter.
