TCS Director General Rajesh Gopinathan increases the annual salary by 28%, takes home via ₹ 16 crore to FI19



NEV DELHI: General Manager of Dad Consulting Services Rajesh Gopinathan took home a paid package The latest fiscal increase is almost 28% compared to the previous year.

Gopinathan's compensation is also included 1.15 crore u plati, 1.26 crore in perkuisites, 13 crore in commission and more 60 lakh in other fees – all this adds a fee 16.02 crore. In 2017-18, his fee was 12.49 crore.

TCS Chief Operating Officer N Ganapathi Subramaniam earned it 11.61 crore in FG19 compared to 9.29 crore last budget. His pay package increased by 24.9% over the period.

Ramakrishnan V, the chief financial officer of the TCS, took home a Package 4.13 crore in FG19.

A Mumbai-based company said the average annual increase in the fiscal period was 6% in India.

"However, over the course of the year, the overall increase is around 7.2%, after taking into account promotions and other compensatory audits," the annual report said.

TCS said employees outside India received an increase in salaries ranging from 2 to 5%.

"The increase in the fee is in line with the market trends in some countries. The increase in management fees for the year was 14.66%," the statement said.
