Water is essential for human life, and there are no more places in the universe with more than APM 08279 + 5255 quasars. Quasars are, by definition, very compact objects with a sound look and incredible brilliance. It is thought to be driven by supermassive black holes.
This quasar, in particular, contains a black hole surrounded by clouds of steam that contains 140 trillion times more water on Earth. It's the largest water tank ever discovered. Because of the way light travels through space, scientists assume that this water cloud formed only 1.6 billion years after the universe itself.
