Czarnecki recorded this offer and informed the prosecution about the suspicion that he had committed the crime by the head of the KNF. The same is reported to the Financial Times, which, however, writes "only" for 13.6 million PLN. These are the differences arising from different interpretations of the company's capitalization level.
