Briansk region received a vaccine for children against flu



About 90 thousand doses of the modern Sovigripp preparation for vaccination against the flu of the children's population were received in the region of Briansk on November 7.

In the region of the vaccination campaign, it enters the active phase. On October 29, an adult influenza vaccine (Sovigripp) tranche was completed in the amount of 183,400 doses received in the Briansk region. The version of his children – 88 thousand doses – the region received on Wednesday, November 7, reports the regional department Rospotrebnadzor.

At present, little more than 265,000 inhabitants of the Brjan region have already received influenza vaccination as part of a national calendar of preventive vaccinations, mostly people from risk groups, which is 22.2% of the Brunei population.

In the meantime, Sanvrachi emphasized that the incidence of seasonal colds does not exceed the critical level. Thus, over the past week, in the region, 5,170 people turned to medical aid for the flu and ARVI, the incidence rate below the epidemic threshold was 8.9% and was not exceeded in any age group. Influenza cases in the Briansk region have not yet been detected by the laboratory.
