The Cooperative Health Insurance Council launched a warning service for insured persons through a short text message (SMS), with notification of new procedures and developments related to the issuance or termination of the health insurance policy.
Council spokeswoman Jasser Al-Marik said that this service has several advantages: the most important of these services is to ensure that the insured is defined as a reference authority for health insurance in the Kingdom and provides access to the request of a council having a service pack.
The struggle to add this service to the package of electronic services used by the Secretariat, to launch in order to facilitate and continuously develop what serves the insured and insurance of related parties.
