Sports ministers of Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and Serbia have started preparations for negotiations on a common Balkan candidacy for organizing the World Cup in 2030, said Bulgarian Minister of Youth and Sports Krasen Kralev
BTA reported that it was Kralev in a statement to the Bulgarian National Television (BNT), assessed that "such a candidacy was an important political symbol, showing that the Balkan countries will not only cooperate in the sphere of sports, but will also defend the common political and economic interests".
