BRATISLAVA, November 14, 2018 (VBN / PR) – The Polish Enterprise Fund VIII, a private fund managed by Enterprise Investors, has made a significant minority share in Anvim, one of the largest independent MOIA petrol stations in Poland.
- EI has provided additional resources to the company and supported plans for dynamic network development and market consolidation
- The transaction value is 23.3 million euros.
Anvim was founded by a couple of entrepreneurs in 1992 and initially focused on wholesale fuel. In 2009, the company started working on retail, which now accounts for half of its revenues. The MOIA network has over 180 gas stations located in attractive locations on highways across the country, offering quality fuel at affordable prices. Each station is also a modernly equipped store. The company plans to dynamically develop its network to reduce the number of petrol stations in the next five years. In 2017, the company realized sales of over 730 million euros in wholesale and retail trade. The company currently employs 250 people.
