The Dutch prosecutor's office today announced that the circumstances of the war crimes committed in The Hague and the circumstances of the suicide of Slobodan Praljak, former Croatian commander in Bosnia, did not show when and how the high-ranking Croatian officer of potassium cyanide was poisoned at the end of November last year the final ruling after The Hague.
