Etihad Airvais acquires ownership of Armageddon for the management and transport of valuable goods
Etihad Airvais, the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates, bought the shares of Armagard Linfok Group (Australia) in Armageddon for the management and transport of valuable goods based in Abu Dhabi.
Etihad Airvais will be the sole shareholder in the company, which will be renamed Etihad Securiti Services.
For over six years, Armagard is one of the leading companies in the logistics services market and the management and transport of valuable goods in UAE.
Etihad Airvais and Amargeard decided to operate a fully owned Etihad Airway company within their cargo and logistics operations, with increased opportunities in relevant markets.
