1- Perfume can be used to stimulate feelings towards a family member during the period of his absence, because the reminder of a scent attracts the feeling of the presence of this person more than just looking at his picture.
2- Perfumes that contain mint help activate the area of the brain that wakes us up in the morning.
Brian Rawdenbusch, a psychologist at Wheeling University in West Virginia, confirmed that exercisers run faster and do more push-ups when exposed to perfumes or scents that include peppermint.
3. Fragrances that contain jasmine help in sleep. “Our research shows that the smell of jasmine in the bedroom leads to a calmer night’s sleep and a higher level of wakefulness the next day,” says Ravdenbusch.
Other laboratories have found that the smell of jasmine increases brain waves associated with deep sleep.
