Kristen Bell and Dak Shepard work together.
Last year, Shepard, 46, discovered it had recurred after 16 years of sobriety. The relapse occurred after the actor had an accident on a motorcycle and started abusing Vicodin.
Now the “Bless this mess” star is back in the car, and Bell, 40, is helping him stay there.
The “Good Place” actress recently spoke to Self magazine and revealed that after the relapse, Shepard told her: “You can test me for drugs whenever you want. I’ll buy some tests. I’ll have them in the house. If you ever feel nervous, I want you to have access to this I will do it, without asking questions. “

The actress also had a relapse back in October during a visit to the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
At the time, she was advocating for her husband to be open and honest with her about his relapse and his willingness to invent a “different plan.”
