New Loki trailer released

Marvel Studios has released a new trailer for Loki, the third Disney + streaming series. Its release follows the debut of the series’ first poster in March. The show shows Tom Hiddleston repeating the role of Thor’s brother, the Asgard god of mischief. This Loki is a version from an alternative chronology created by the Avengers’ Infiniti Stones Avengers: Endgame, who used Tesseract to escape from custody. Michael Waldron created the series for Marvel and is the lead writer. Kate Herron is directing a six-episode season. The show also stars Owen Wilson as an agent of Time Variance Authority Mobius M. Mobius, with Gugu Mbatha-Rav, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku, Richard E. Grant, Sasha Lane and Eric Coleman.

According to the official synopsis, “In Marvel Studios” Loki, lively villain Loki (Tom Hiddleston) continues his role as the God of mischief in a new series that takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Kate Herron directs, and Michael Valdron is the lead writer. It will debut at Disney + on June 11, 2021. “

Although previous insights and talk about the show imply that time travel will be a major factor in that Loki, little is known about the plot of the show. Visual effects supervisor Brad Parker hinted in an interview that fans should expect the unexpected.

“Well, that’s basically all I can say, that it’s a crazy trip! It’s another project that will defy expectations in many ways. It was so much fun,” Parker told Comic Book Movie. “I was on my hit list to work on the Marvel project, and Loki is really great. It’s so cool and there are so many amazing things that will happen in every episode. I can’t wait for people. It’s a lot of hard work. We’re working on it furiously. to make this thing as good as possible and I think people will be thrilled when they see it.

“It was pretty good that way,” Parker continued, referring to the series’ budget. “It’s a completely different creative exercise when you have more resources, but the appetite for visual images is so much greater in terms of the visual effects of things, so it’s a challenge in itself!”
