Official Aristobulo Isturiz said that in the health center in Curiepe, the state of Miranda, they were obliged to attend light phone deliveries due to the lack of electric services in the area.
"In Curiepe, the lights went off and they had to attend the delivery with the phone, the others did it with the engine, and we put the plant in them," Isturiz said in a statement with Nicolas Maduro.
