Twitter works on a feature that will allow users to track specific topics using the "subscribe to talk" button.
Subscription is a way in which users can follow the conversation without having to go directly to it.
Instead of eating or answering a topic, users can simply click on the subscription button to easily return to it.
Jane Manchun Vong revealed this feature and shared an example of a picture on Twitter:

Wong has a well-documented record of discovering upcoming features before being officially launched.
He regularly shares his findings on Twitter, although it is unusual for companies to reach the context.
On the other hand, the official Twitter communication team quickly came to this news.
They retaliated Vong's tweet with a message:This is part of our work to make Twitter more conversational. "

So there is confirmation from Twitter that this feature is on the way, but there is no timing for the possible launch.
Historically, if the characteristic is far enough in the development that Vong is perceiving, then it will probably be ready for the official launch soon.
