Kuldeep Yadav from India and Pakistan Mohamed Hafeez are awarded with great jumps in the latest MRF tires ICC Men's T20I Plaier Rankings after playing key roles in the convincing victories of their opponents in the recently completed T20I series.
Iadav picked up five five-time vaults with an economic rate of 5.6 in a 3-0 victory against Vindsey. This helped him in 14 places on a high career 23rd position in the bowling table.
Hafeez was in a sparkling shape with a stick against New Zealand, and his 132-race series with a strike of 145 raised 16 places to 53rd spot in the board.
Pakistan and India identical victories in the 3-0 series mean they have scored points MRF tires ICC Men's T20I Team Rankings, while New Zealand and Vindies moved in opposite directions.
In second place, Pakistan scored two points, while India added three points to third place, and moved to 138 and 127 points, while fifth placed New Zealand and seventh ranked West Indies finished at 112 and 102 points, dropping four points per piece.
Other batsmen who made significant improvements in the latest update include Rohit Sharma in the seventh (with three places), Kane Villiamson in 12th (from three places), Shikhar Dhavan at 16th (for five places) and Ross Tailor at the age of 59th (up five places).
On the table was led by Pakistan's Babar Azam, who after the first series finished with 14 points, opened the gap with Australian Aaron Finch at 19 points.
A few balls made significant upward movements. Among them are Faheem Ashraf in the seventh (for nine places), Imad Vasim in eight (two places), Bhuvneshvar Kumar in 19th (for nine places), Jasprit Bumrah at 21st (five places), Carlos Brathvaite at age 29th (up from four places), Tim Southee at age 36th (five places), Adam Milne at age 40th (five places) and Hafeez at the age of 59th (for 20 places).
Afghan Rashid Khan remains number one. He led Pakistan Shadab Khan for 41 points, and England Adil Rashid in third place.
There is no change in the top-four list of all round balls with Australian Glenn Makvell who leads the field. Mohammad Nabi is the second, followed by Shakib Al Hasan and JP Dumini.
In the meantime, Australia will be included in all four remaining T20I later this month. They will play South Africa in a one-off match in Carrara on November 17, before India will play in the series with three games on November 21, 23 and 25.
If Australia wins all four matches, then they will rise to 126th place in the 126th position. However, if they lose all four matches, then they will finish at the sixth position at 112 points.
Similarly, South Africa will win three points if it wins on November 17, while India will score 129 points if they win in all three matches against Australia.
